As a passionate advocate for mental health and well-being, my journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to fostering positive change in the lives of individuals and communities.

With a background in counselling and as a volunteer crisis supporter with Lifeline and a commitment to making a meaningful impact, I have focused my career to the field of mental health education and training. My mission is to empower others with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complexities of mental health, promoting resilience, understanding, and compassion.

Throughout my professional journey, I've had the privilege of working with diverse individuals and organisations, facilitating engaging training sessions and contributing to the creation of supportive environments. I believe in the transformative power of education, and I am committed to breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health through awareness, advocacy, and empowerment.

In addition to my work in mental health training, I am an avid supporter of self-care practices and holistic well-being. I believe that by prioritizing our mental and emotional health, we can lead more fulfilling lives and positively impact those around us.
